Responsibilities

Overview:

M & M Demolition is looking for motivated and reliable CCDO Demolition Operatives to join our growing workforce for both large-scale commercial demolition and specialist strip-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution: Carry out all demolition works in a safe and efficient manner.
• Demolition Tasks: Perform soft strip and structural demolition as directed.
• Equipment Use: Safely use a variety of hand-held demolition equipment.
• Support: Provide assistance to machine operators on site.
• Material Handling: Segregate and process various demolition materials to maximize recycling and efficiency.
• Safety Standards: Maintain safe housekeeping at all times to keep the site tidy.
• Procedures: Strictly follow all company RAMS and site procedures.
• Teamwork: Work as part of a professional demolition team to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Essential: CCDO Demolition Operative Card, CSCS Health, Safety & Environment Test, sound understanding of demolition safety, a reliable and hardworking attitude, and a willingness to travel.
• Desirable: Asbestos Awareness, Face Fit, PASMA, IPAF, First Aid, Confined Space training, and a Full UK Driving Licence.
