NoMad London is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support senior chefs in preparatory work and daily kitchen operations. You will assist with ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic culinary knowledge and skills of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain standards throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of ingredients, washing, peeling and chopping as needed.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items and follow recipes.
• Cook dishes according to instructions from senior staff and ensure quality.
• Assist with plating and presentation and stock control procedures.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, and report hazards.
