We're looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join us. You love to cook and learn new skills; and enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen environment. You are a master of your section. Whether it is breakfast, fryer, curry or Tandoor, you ensure it's prepped and ready for a first-class service, clean and organised at all times.

As you grow and develop with Dishoom, you'll receive annual pay increases over three years.

What to expect

  • Contracted minimum 45 hours per week, across 5 days, straight shifts.
  • Starting effective salary of 31500 per year inclusive of tronc.
  • Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday - Sunday.
  • We're an all day dining Cafe, providing daytime and evening shifts.
  • Chef whites provided - don't forget your safety shoes!
