About the role :
The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail , ensur ing the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Back of House (Stewarding) Department , reporting into the insert Back of House Manager.
What you will do:
Clean and sanitize china , glass, and silver using a dish wash machine.
Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment.
Cleaning and sanitation of food & beverage preparation areas.
Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils .
Maintain the silver polishing program.
Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.
Key player on waste management and sustainability.
What we're looking for:
Strong work ethic.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.
The drive to learn and develop professionally and take on responsibility.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30kg.
Right to work in the UK is required.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week.
Candidates must be available to work any day from Monday to Sunday.
Shift schedules will vary and may be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
