Daylesford Stays in the Cotswolds is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join The Fox team. You’ll craft pizzas and a range of dishes, learning under our experienced chefs and contributing to a high-quality, seasonal dining experience that guests return for.

This 48-hour-per-week role offers a base salary of £33,000 plus gratuities and service charge, with an expected OTE of £39,000 per annum. Evening and weekend work is required, and you will grow your skills in a vibrant, supportive kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service kitchen, preferably in a fresh food establishment.
• Interest in learning to operate a wood-fired oven.
• Flexibility; evenings, weekends and public holidays required.
