The Chef de Partie will lead a section in our fresh-food kitchen, preparing dishes with organic, Daylesford-sourced produce. You’ll balance classical technique with creative flair and support junior chefs in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh food kitchens at a similar level.
• A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, organic produce and an interest in seasonal, sustainable ingredients.

Responsibilities

• As a Chef de Partie, you will be a vital part of our Culinary team working to deliver the passion and flair in all of our dishes.
• You will take responsibility for your section, preparing and executing dishes to high standard and supporting junior chefs.
