Another Place, The Lake is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support our Sous and Junior Sous Chefs across two restaurants. You will bring culinary precision, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to daily food preparation, while maintaining high standards and consistency.

You will thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, coordinating with senior chefs and managing tasks to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of ingredients with creative application

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise under pressure

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas
• Prepare food and carry out daily tasks as directed by senior chefs
• Coordinate tasks with Sous and Junior Sous Chefs
• Set up and prepare for service based on business needs
• Monitor production levels and ensure hygiene standards are met
• Assist with stock replenishment and proper receiving of items
• Help ensure smooth running of kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Complete daily Risk Proof checks
