Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality kitchen.
• Solid understanding of classic techniques and seasonal cooking.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for food, craft and hospitality.
