Qualifications

• Experience as a chef de partie in a high quality, high volume restaurant.
• Passionate about fresh ingredients and food innovation.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain high standards under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Run a smooth service while maintaining consistent quality.
• Produce high quality dishes from fresh ingredients and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Have operational knowledge of all recipes, standards and presentation within the section.
• Work with high quality fresh produce and organic ingredients as menus dictate.
• Provide consistently high level of service and product delivery.
• Manage a kitchen section, maintain standards and menu specifications.
• Develop and create seasonal dishes using fresh produce where possible.
• Coordinate and supervise production, preparation and presentation of meals.
• Observe food storage, hygiene and temperature control policies.
