Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie for Flexi Hours. The role offers flexible scheduling with shifts that may vary weekly, allowing you to earn extra money while developing new skills in your free time.

You will contribute to multiple hotel outlets, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hotel environment.
• Luxury hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Strong culinary knowledge and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary operations across hotel outlets, events, room service and staff dining.
• Prepare high-quality dishes with consistency in line with hotel standards.
• Show knowledge of ingredients, seasonal produce and new products to enhance menus.
• Maintain presentation standards so every dish is visually appealing for service.
• Uphold hygiene, sanitation and food-safety practices; operate and maintain equipment correctly.
• Collaborate with chefs and leaders across the department to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to cost control by following recipes and minimising waste.
