Job summary

The Belfry is seeking a Chef de Partie in the Banqueting kitchen to prepare menus for conferences and events, with workload based on hotel occupancy. You may take ownership of the kitchen in the absence of the management team.

You will cook with locally sourced ingredients, manage allergens and safety, and log all temperatures and wastage to support GP targets. The role offers growth and hands-on development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality banqueting dishes for conferences and events.

• Maintain temperature logs for hot items and refrigerators to ensure compliance.
• Run a kitchen section during busy service and support teammates for accurate delivery.
• Clear and clean your section and surrounding areas to stay compliant.
