Job summary

Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa is recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will produce dishes across Restaurant, Brasserie, Fine Dining, Bar and Room Service, maintaining rosette-level quality and working within HACCP guidelines.

The role requires 5 shifts per week (40 hours) with paid overtime. Live locally or relocate with your own transport; benefit from extensive staff perks and a route to career progression in a celebrated 5 Red Star establishment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to produce plated dishes to a rosette standard.
• Experience handling multi-menu requirements across restaurant and banqueting operations.
• Willing to work 5 shifts per week totaling 40 hours with paid overtime.
• Live locally or be able to relocate with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Produce food for all service periods in Restaurant, Brasserie, Fine dining, Bar food, Room Service and Afternoon tea.
• Prepare, produce and serve food to required standard in timely and efficient manner.
• Receive and store relevant food and non-food items.
