Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa in Crawley is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll work with 16 chefs and 5 porters across breakfast, lunch and dinner, including weekends. The role requires quality experience in a fresh food environment and a passion to learn rosette-level dishes from local ingredients.

Flexibility to work 40 hours over five days is essential. We offer 4 weeks holiday (rising to 5), 8 bank holidays, free parking, uniform, and staff discounts on stays, spa

COMMIS CHEF

Up to £26,436.80 per annum + monthly service charge payment

Requirements

• Quality experience in a fresh food environment

• Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment.
• Team player with an ability and desire tocontribute to the team’s success.
• Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
