Dishoom Limited in Leeds is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will master your section and ensure it's prepped and organised for first-class service.

You love to cook, learn new skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment across breakfast, fryer, curry or Tandoor. We offer training, progression, and a supportive team.

Starting salary is £33,500 per year inclusive of tronc, with a contracted minimum 40 hours per week and a varied 5-day rota.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to multi-task and work across sections (breakfast, fryer, curry, Tandoor).
• Reliable team-player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain your section to ensure first-class service.
• Cook across breakfast, fryer, curry and Tandoor sections as needed.
• Keep station clean, organised and well stocked during service.
