Dishoom in Edinburgh is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen, working across Breakfast, Grill, Fryer, Curry and Tandoor sections to deliver first-class service.

The role is full-time, 45 hours per week, with shifts across five days, including weekends. Starting salary is £33,500 including tronc, with annual increases, training, and a range of health and wellbeing support, team events and staff dining benefits.

Qualifications

• You love to cook and learn new skills; and enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen environment.
• You are a master of your section. Whether it is Breakfast, Grill, Fryer, Curry or Tandoor, you ensure it’s prepped and ready for a first-class service, clean and organised at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage your section to ensure first-class service across busy periods.
• Prepare and prep items for breakfast, grill, fryer, curry or tandoor with cleanliness and organisation.
• Participate in annual pay increases over three years.
