Derby County Community Trust currently invites applications for a Dementia Officer to deliver person-centred physical activity, reminiscence and wellbeing initiatives within our Raminiscence programme.

The role is full-time, based in the East Midlands, with an on-site requirement at DE24 8BX. You will work to empower people living with dementia and their carers through community activities and education.

Our Raminiscence programme is a dementia health and wellbeing programmed, providing a range of distinct offers for people who are newly diagnosed, living with dementia and their carers. We are seeking to appoint a Dementia Officer to develop and deliver person-centred physical activity, reminiscence and wellbeing.
