Job summary

Coton Grange is seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our supportive team in Wolverhampton. In this role you will provide person-centred care to our residents, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain independence and wellbeing for older adults, including those living with dementia.

You will work on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays, and your travel arrangements should be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting is advantageous.
• DBS checks and references are required.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences
• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing
• Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team
• Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays
• Location: Wolverhampton (WV6) (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
