Job Title: Demand Planning Manager

Job type: Full time, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end forecasting process.
• Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to build and maintain rolling forecasts across all DFU/SKU channels and customers at a DC level.
• Monitor KPIs and facilitate workstreams to reduce deviations.
• Maintain forecast accuracy >70% and bias within +/-10%, with a roadmap to improve to >80% and +/-5%.
• Identify demand variances for timely intervention.
• Collaborate on budgeting processes.
• Lead the Demand Management Review (DMR) within the S&OP process.
• Provide demand data for business analysis.
• Support portfolio management and new product development forecasting.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Demand Planner or an ambitious Demand Planner seeking a management role, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key skills include:

• Supply chain knowledge, preferably FMCG, with expertise in demand planning and forecasting.
• Leadership skills to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong IT and analytical skills, including MS Office, ERP systems like Sage or SAP, and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across functions.
