Job summary

Lime Talent is seeking an experienced Demand Planner for a growing consumer goods business in South-West London. You will own the demand planning process, build consensus forecasts with Sales and Commercial, and contribute to the S&OP process.

You will leverage data, market trends and customer activity to improve forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and drive improvements across planning methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience within Demand Planning, Forecasting or a similar supply chain planning role.
• Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail or another fast-moving environment.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and SKU portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Owning and maintaining demand forecasts across a broad SKU portfolio.
• Leading monthly demand reviews and supporting the wider S&OP process.
• Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to build consensus forecasts.
• Analysing trends, customer demand and commercial activity to improve forecast accuracy.
• Identifying risks and opportunities and communicating these across the business.
• Challenging assumptions and ensuring forecasts are supported by data and commercial insight.
• Monitoring forecast accuracy and bias and driving improvements.
• Developing reporting, planning processes and forecasting methodologies.
