Lime Talent is seeking an experienced Demand Planner for a growing consumer goods business in South-West London. You will own the demand planning process, build consensus forecasts with Sales and Commercial, and contribute to the S&OP process.

I’m partnering with a growing consumer goods business looking to recruit an experienced Demand Planner to join its supply chain team.
This is a key role within the business, taking ownership of the demand planning and forecasting process and working closely with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure the business has an accurate view of future demand.
You’ll play an important role in the monthly S&OP process, using historical performance, commercial plans, customer activity and market trends to build and challenge forecasts. You’ll identify potential risks and opportunities, improve forecast accuracy and ensure key stakeholders are aligned around the demand plan.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to improve existing planning processes, reporting and forecasting methodologies as the business continues to grow.

About you:
You’ll have strong experience within Demand Planning, Forecasting or a similar supply chain planning role, ideally gained within FMCG, consumer goods, retail or another fast-moving environment.
You’ll be comfortable working with large data sets and SKU portfolios, have a good understanding of S&OP, and be confident challenging forecasts and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Commercial and Supply Chain.
Strong Excel and analytical skills are important, alongside experience using demand planning or forecasting systems.
