Our Supply Chain department is excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Demand Planner to join our team at our site in Redhill on an 18-month FTC.

Joining The Compleat Food Group as a Demand Planner offers a unique and exciting opportunity for you to thrive in a role that values ownership, growth, and collaboration. As a Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our product demand, contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Working Hours:

Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. We also offer the possibility of hybrid work-from-home arrangements.


Your Duties Will Include:
  • Closely monitor exception lines (promotions, new lines, range changes & delists) to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Proactively forecast for all demand-impacting external events (e.g., Easter, Christmas, Bank Holidays).
  • Monitor EPOS data and adjust customer forecasts as necessary to ensure supply.
  • Collaborate with production sites to inform them of significant demand changes promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through weekly meetings and daily interactions, and with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Maintain account KPIs and meet set targets.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of forecasting systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver excellent internal and external service.
  • Team player mindset.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
