Job Description:

Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, but flexible to work US time zones

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people worldwide in a global industrial manufacturing business.

You will impact the organization by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated campaigns, and managing global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs targeting end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive engagement across the marketing funnel.
• Deliver end-user email campaigns, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with the global paid media team on paid search and social strategies, including messaging, imagery, CTAs, and landing pages to optimize customer journeys and meet KPIs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into comprehensive communication briefs for internal and external creative teams, ensuring messaging resonates with all stakeholders.
• Ensure project success through detailed planning, timeline management, and proactive stakeholder engagement across various global teams.
• Lead the global reporting process for top prioritized countries, providing monthly updates on key metrics such as marketing contacts, MQLs, opportunities, etc.
• Support integrated campaign performance reviews, ensuring timely reporting and sharing of insights.
• Work closely with regional teams to align activation plans with global KPIs and targets.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in creative brief writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI setting and performance tracking using Salesforce, Adobe/Google Analytics, and similar tools; Eloqua experience is a plus.
