Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days in Leeds City Centre

The Opportunity:

Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for creating impactful, multi-channel demand generation campaigns? We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Specialist to join a dynamic and growing technology company. This is a hands-on role where you will design and execute high-performing marketing strategies to drive lead acquisition, nurture prospects, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and optimise full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, email, webinars, and social channels.
  • Develop and implement lead nurture strategies, ensuring efficient movement of prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Create compelling messaging and content tailored to target personas and buyer journeys.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Proven experience in demand generation and revenue marketing within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
