Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Salary: Up to £65k basic with 20% performance bonus

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – two days a week in Warrington office

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

Interview Process: 3 stages

Target Offer Date: 30th June

Our client is a high-growth, privately owned business operating in the B2B Software space within the Fintech segment. They are looking to hire a Demand Generation Manager to join their growing Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to own and scale lead generation strategy in a fast-evolving B2B SaaS business expanding across Europe & the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute & report on Demand Generation campaigns
  • Build and optimise workflows and lead nurturing in HubSpot
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance
  • Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Demand Generation or performance marketing role, with a focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
  • Background in the B2B SaaS/Software/Tech Services industry, preferably with long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics like ROI, CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution
  • Located within commuting distance to Warrington, with occasional travel to Ireland for meetings or industry events
