Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Salary: Up to £65k basic with 20% performance bonus

Location: Hybrid – two days a week in London office (Tues & Thurs), based in Bradford, UK

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

Our client is a high growth, privately owned business operating in the B2B Software space within the Fintech segment. They are hiring a Demand Generation Manager to join their Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and scale lead generation strategies in a fast-evolving B2B SaaS company expanding across Europe and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and report on Demand Generation campaigns
  • Build and optimise workflows and lead nurturing in HubSpot
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance
  • Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a demand generation or performance marketing role, with a focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
  • Background in B2B SaaS/Software/Tech Services industry, preferably with long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys
  • Data-driven mindset, focusing on metrics like ROI, CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution
  • Located within commuting distance to London, with occasional travel to Ireland for meetings or industry events
