This is a fantastic opportunity to own and scale lead generation strategy in a fast-evolving B2B SaaS business.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute demand generation campaigns
• Build and optimise workflows and lead nurturing in HubSpot
• Work with Sales to ensure smooth lead handover
• Analyse and optimise campaign performance
• Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–7 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
• Background in the SaaS industry
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and ROI
• Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative
• Based in the UK, with occasional travel for team meetings or events
