Job description

The Delivery Technician, working closely with the Customer Care team, will prioritize, handle, and implement all dispatches from the PUK factory. This role supports business growth, exceeds customer expectations, and maintains high quality and trade compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately pick stock items according to outgoing paperwork, ensuring customer requirements are met.
2. Prepare shipping paperwork, including customs documentation, using templates, and meet deadlines. Maintain quality and compliance records, pack boxes, and organize collections.
3. Liaise with carriers for delivery to customers, up to the point of delivery.
4. Track deliveries and manage import clearance delays.
5. Use company systems to maintain records, perform stock transfers, and adjustments.
6. Undertake internal/external training as required.
7. Be flexible with working hours during heavy workloads.
8. Handle dispatches via post or courier.
9. Contribute to a positive team environment.
10. Anticipate and resolve obstacles in duties.
11. Be resilient, optimistic, and adaptable to change.
12. Train and supervise Junior Delivery Technicians.

Candidate Profile:

Customer-focused with the ability to handle complex tasks efficiently and accurately. Adapt communication style to diverse audiences. Comfortable working under deadlines in a target-driven environment. Self-motivated, reliable, and open to change.

Requirements:
