Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a delivery supervisor to lead a multi-skilled delivery team and manage outbound deliveries to meet on-time, in-full, quality standards. The role involves hands-on loading/picking, coaching the team, and ensuring safe operations across the branch.

You will drive customer service, seek ways to boost sales and loyalty, and support the branch management team as the senior on duty when required. 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Leading a high-performing delivery team (HGV, van drivers, pickers/loaders).
• Planning outbound deliveries to meet on-time, full, quality standards.
• Coaching team to load orders safely and accurately.
• Managing delivery performance, driver behaviour, compliance, costs and KPIs.
• Ensuring safe, compliant delivery capacity and working environment.
• Driving customer service and opportunities to increase sales and loyalty.
• Supporting branch management and leading on duty when senior.
• 37.5 hours per week.
