Job summary

FIND in Fareham is seeking a Talent Partner / Resourcer to build networks across STEM education and technical training, understand candidate motivations and connect them with meaningful opportunities.

You will engage teaching, training and technical education talent, identify hidden candidates, and work with consultants to deliver on client commitments with pace and care.
