Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Liverpool delivery station for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. You will lead a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, manage inbound/outbound flows, and drive safety, quality, and timely dispatch of packages.

The role requires strong logistics knowledge, proven leadership, data-driven decision making, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics/warehousing.
• Strong understanding of sorting, scanning, and dispatching processes.
• Proven ability to analyze data and improve efficiency.
• Experience with WMS and related software.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow with accurate sorting and loading.
• Monitor station performance for on-time delivery, safety and quality.
• Implement company policies, including safety regulations and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve workflow to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain records.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities \* Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling. \* Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes. \* Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance. \* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational guidelines. \* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve workflow. \* Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment. \* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, customer service) and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. \* Prepare and present performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. \* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the delivery station.
