Job summary

JD Logistics in the United Kingdom is looking for a delivery station supervisor to oversee daily operations, leading a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff to ensure efficient processing and timely dispatch of packages for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD.

You will monitor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, train staff, manage inbound/outbound flows, and present reports to management with actionable improvements.

• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate movement records.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
