This role involves leading a team to meet operational targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Job Responsibilities \* Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling. \* Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes. \* Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance. \* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational guidelines. \* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve workflow. \* Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment. \* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, customer service) and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. \* Prepare and present performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. \* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the delivery station.
