Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor in the UK to oversee daily operations, lead a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, and ensure timely processing and dispatch of packages for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD.

You will monitor performance against key metrics, enforce safety and quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records. Strong leadership, data analysis, and WMS experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a delivery station, supervising the team and ensuring timely processing and dispatch of packages.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow with accurate sorting and loading.
• Monitor station performance against metrics like on-time delivery and safety compliance; implement improvements.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions and optimize workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate movement records.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance reports for management and propose solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at the station.
