Job summary

NTER Talent in Manchester is growing and the Delivery Consultant role will focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll source, engage and manage candidates who aren’t actively looking, while collaborating with consultants to deliver for clients.

This fast-paced role includes hands-on training and access to leading recruitment tools. The position is based in Manchester city centre with potential to move to hybrid working after training.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is ideal, but attitude and communication are key.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM and referrals.
• Headhunting and approaching passive candidates.
• Screening applicants and holding detailed qualification calls.
• Writing engaging candidate messages and job adverts.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines.
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Preparing candidates for interviews and keeping them fully informed.
• Working closely with our consultants to understand their clients and live vacancies.
• Keeping candidate records and activity up to date.
• Representing NTER Talent and delivering a genuinely brilliant candidate experience.

NTER Talent is growing, and we're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our Manchester team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment: finding brilliant people, building genuine relationships and helping consultants deliver properly for their clients

You'll work across a variety of roles and industries, sourcing and engaging candidates who aren't always actively looking. You'll be joining a fast-paced, ambitious team where personality is encouraged, ideas are listened to and no two days look exactly the same

What we're looking for

You might already be working as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant and want to focus more heavily on candidate delivery.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident speaking to people and building relationships
• Comfortable approaching candidates through phone, LinkedIn and email
• Organised and able to manage several vacancies at once
• Proactive, resilient and happy working at pace
• Naturally curious and willing to properly understand different roles and markets
• Motivated by targets, results and delivering a great service
• Collaborative, positive and willing to get stuck in

Previous recruitment experience would be ideal, but attitude, communication skills and the ability to build trust are just as important

This position will initially be based in the office five days a week so you can learn the business, understand our clients and become part of the team. Hybrid working may then be available once you're established and performing consistently
