Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Project Engineer (Delivery) for our Cambuslang office. You will deliver safe provider of investment and customer connections projects, align with district and licence plans, and optimise returns through incentives, while engaging customers and stakeholders to drive robust project delivery.

The role demands strong contract and regulatory awareness, and experience coordinating complex programmes to minimise outages and deliver

Qualifications

• Project/programme coordination experience is required.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment including outputs and incentive mechanisms.
• Contract, commercial and regulatory awareness to balance customer service and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory and business plan objectives.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to communicate project plans and deliverables affecting local communities.
• Deliver robust project plans to minimise outages and meet licence targets.
• Undertake contract management, operational switching and safety document activities up to 33kV.
• Support continual performance improvement through analysis of outputs and feedback.
