You will drive recruitment, develop capacity, and ensure consistent delivery standards while scaling the decentralised, pod-based organisation. Excellent leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Delivery Management practices in a digital agency or consultancy.
• Strong background in workforce planning, capacity management, and utilisation tracking.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for large-scale, multi-disciplinary programmes and ensure alignment with account plans.
• Champion Agile and Lean methods, conduct health checks and reviews to manage risk and quality.
