Job summary

TXP is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead delivery of complex digital and cyber programmes within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment in the UK. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, and engage with senior stakeholders to maintain momentum and governance.

This role requires autonomous leadership, deep delivery expertise, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while ensuring successful outcomes across government initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager in complex environments.
• Proven track record delivering digital transformation, technology or cyber programmes.
• Strong understand of Agile delivery methodologies and principles.
• Experience working within UK public sector or government organisations.
• Knowledge of government delivery standards and governance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex digital and cyber programmes.
• Plan, manage and coordinate work across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Drive agile delivery practices and maintain programme momentum in complex environments.
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including Director and SRO level contacts.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration across product, user-centred design, technical, architecture and security teams.
• Improve delivery frameworks, governance processes and ways of working.
• Support government assurance activities and programme reporting requirements.
• Ensure successful outcomes while adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
