Job summary
TPXimpact Ltd is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across public and third-sector projects. You will guide delivery using Agile methodologies, prioritise work, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
You will work with local councils, central government and health organisations, building strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting our Delivery Community of Practice, and driving continuous improvement in delivery
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in project or delivery management.
- Strong understanding of agile and lean practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in financial management in project environments.
- Experience working with Local/Central Government projects.
- Ability to manage multiple parts of the product life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the successful delivery of complex projects.
- Build and maintain multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Support the development of a high-functioning Delivery Community of Practice.
- Engage with client stakeholders.
- Consistently implement the defined delivery methodology to a high standard.
- Identify obstacles and help the delivery team overcome them.
- Focus the project team on priorities and delivery.
- Encourage continuous improvement and collaboration across client projects.
