Job summary

South East Water is seeking a strategic regulatory reporting leader to own the end-to-end integrity of Price Control Deliverables and the regulatory reporting framework. You will operate at the nexus of strategy and compliance, turning data into trusted insights for executive leadership while ensuring submissions meet high accuracy standards with third-party assurance.

You'll oversee assurance, lead Board reporting, manage third-party assurers, and drive the calendar of regulator-facing

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Meticulous attention to data standards and evidence rules.
• Ability to design and maintain regulatory calendars and reporting flows.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and coordinating with external assurers.
• Problem-solving mindset focused on improving reporting processes.
• Experience in a regulated sector such as utilities or water is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assurance framework for the Delivery Plan reporting.
• Lead regular executive and Board reporting of Delivery Plan performance.
• Own third-party assurance relationships and audit schedules.
• Develop and maintain the regulatory reporting calendar and master calendar.
• Lead strategy and sign-off for Delivery Plan regulatory returns.
• Support data standards, templates, and cross-document consistency.
