To support our growth ambition, we are looking for a Partner Manager to lead our newly formed Partner Delivery program.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Service Operations, youll collaborate with the global Services leadership teams as well as our Commercial Units, to shape the future of how we deliver value to our customers through the expanded use of onshore and offshore implementation delivery partners.
In this new individual contributor role, you will develop, build and lead a new Partner Delivery Approved program, identifying, recruiting, onboarding and managing a select group of Delivery Partners whose role will be to delivery OneAdvanced implementations and migration projects across our product portfolio. It is planned to grow this team in line with the growth of the partner network.
What You Will Do
- Develop, build and lead a new Partner Delivery Approved program, identifying, recruiting, onboarding and managing a select group of Delivery Partners who meet the requirements of a OneAdvanced Delivery Partner.
- Identify and recruit new strategically aligned delivery partners
- Exceed partner acquisition targets as defined by the Chief Services Officer, to ensure capacity and fungibility of skills exist to deliver new and existing service opportunities.
- Working with training, product and engineering teams, build out new technical Partner Onboarding and Enablement program
- Develop customised targeted success strategies for new partners, including regular engagement, QBRs etc, with clearly defined measures around capability, training, customer CSAT, project delivery standards etc
- Create comprehensive presentations and proposals that drive new opportunities
- Maintain our CRM of current and prospective client information, driving best practice
- Demonstrate and market the OneAdvanced Services proposition
- Manage high-level partnership negotiations to ensure a fair and favourable relationship for all parties
- Working with Procurement and Service leadership, Lead negotiations and related contract terms to create mutually beneficial relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful partner onboarding
- Maximise opportunities to raise brand positioning and thought leadership by collaborating with marketing on campaigns, events, optimising attendance at strategic conferences and events
- Evangelise the partner program and maximise commercial return for all partnerships managed
- Build and deepen partnerships that enable OneAdvanced to grow in line with our overall strategy
- Collaborate with management on sales and delivery strategy, goals, planning, and forecasting
What You Will Have
- Significant experience of Implementation / Delivery partner and alliances experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and service delivery
- Proven experience of working with Onshore and Offshore Implementation delivery partners is essential
- Deep understanding of Professional Services and Support methodologies and ways of working
- Proven experience of building and scaling partner programme , ideally delivery focused
- Deep understanding of complex partner and alliance ecosystems
- Passion for Service and Service Excellence, ensuring our Partners maintain the expected standard around capability and service excellence
- Commercially astute and experienced in developing business cases and ROI in collaboration with partners, to include Sales and Delivery propositions.
- Ability to establish rapport, credibility & influence at all levels of an organisation, including C suite.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and excited to work on complex problems at scale
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities
- Desire to continually be looking for improvement and greater results
- Self Starter must be able to see the bigger picture and build ground up
