Job summary

Simply Business in London is seeking a Delivery Operations Lead to join our Shared Services. You will act as a process improvement champion, visualise and optimise flow, identify constraints, and find opportunities to enhance productivity—so our products reach the market sooner.

As a quantitative super-user, you will analyse metrics, administer tools, and automate workflows to ensure data is the source of truth for leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints, ideally Six Sigma certified.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a technical data or software engineer.
• Strong analytical skills with data visualization and statistical analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to identify constraints and support the implementation of solutions.
• Develop and maintain flow of work maps to clearly communicate how work flows and highlight blockers.
• Measure and analyse flow metrics, such as throughput, cycle time, and flow efficiency, to provide recommendations that inform decision-making.
• Conduct deep root cause analysis on workflow impediments to feed insights and potential solutions back to leadership.
• Leverage and administer a suite of tools, including Jira, Looker, Flow, and Miro, to support your analysis and automate workflows.
