Dreams is seeking a Service Support Manager in Huntingdon, UK. You will coach and motivate Delivery Drivers, Assistants and Warehouse Operatives to ensure outstanding service and KPI achievement.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 1pm–10pm, with a focus on stock control, reporting and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless customer journey. You’ll lead recruitment, onboarding and development, maintain quality standards and resolve customer queries with professionalism.

Competenze

• Seasoned Team Leader or Supervisor with coaching and development skills.
• Confident communicator with relationship-building across the business.
• Organised, proactive and able to balance priorities in a busy operation.
• Customer-focused and committed to high standards of service.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems to maintain information.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach and motivate the delivery team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Keep daily performance information accurate and reportable to drive priorities.
• Oversee stock movements and maintain inventory records; flag shortages or issues.
• Coordinate with UK suppliers and process bookings through internal systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Lead team meetings and share best practices to meet operational goals.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professional resolutions.
