About this role:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and organised individual to join the Delivery Operations team to help support the handling of the operation and processes of our Just Eat operated delivery network, ensuring scalability and ongoing performance improvements. The role will report into the UK Senior Delivery Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting an operation in a fast-paced “start-up” environment. You must be able to build strong relationships with teams, be an effective communicator and have a passion for data-driven operational improvement.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Monitor network performance and work with key stakeholders to ensure proactive steps are taken to implement mitigations to improve outcomes
• Liaise with Courier marketing teams to ensure effective and relevant courier comms plans, representing the current network and operational developments
• Support new courier fraud initiatives ensuring escalations are investigated and addressed at pace
• Deep dive into operational issues e.g. at brand, zone, restaurant partner or order level and drive timely resolution
• Point of contact for Commercial Delivery teams for anything related to delivery operations and ensuring any queries or escalations are resolved in a timely manner
• Monitor risks and issues and ensure stakeholders are kept up to date, and appropriate mitigations applied

What will you bring to the table?

• Strong stakeholder management
• Data analysis capabilities (especially Google Sheets / Tableau)
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings (SQL and Google BigQuery knowledge a plus)
• Strong reporting skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Concise and clear communicator, with the ability to influence across a range of stakeholders
• Innovation and problem solving skills
