Reply, Inc. is seeking a seasoned delivery professional to shape, mobilise and deliver complex technology‑enabled change for clients within a multidisciplinary consulting environment.

You will lead delivery workstreams, establish PPM controls, manage budgets and risks, and provide decision‑ready reporting to senior stakeholders.

With 5+ years in client‑facing consulting and recognised PPM qualifications, you will tailor predictive, Agile and hybrid methods to each engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field or business/management.
• 5+ years’ experience in client‑facing consulting or professional services delivering technology‑enabled change.
• Extensive hands‑on delivery management and PPM experience including governance, planning, budgets and risks.
• Holds a recognised PPM qualification (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or MoP).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects from mobilisation to implementation.
• Strong problem‑structuring skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into concise recommendations.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and communicating difficult messages clearly.
• Solid understanding of predictive, Agile and hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsabilités

• Shape and mobilise projects, programmes and workstreams, defining outcomes, scope, delivery approach, governance and measures of success.
• Establish and manage robust PPM controls, including integrated plans, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, change and benefits.
• Lead multidisciplinary client, supplier and internal teams, removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Provide clear, concise, decision‑ready reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, offering constructive challenge and managing competing priorities.
• Tailor predictive, Agile and hybrid delivery methods to the specific client context.
• Anticipate delivery challenges, diagnose root causes and intervene to maintain performance.
• Manage delivery quality and commercials while contributing to proposals and continuous improvement.
