ISx4 Group is seeking a Delivery Manager in Belfast to lead end-to-end analytics and AI engagements. You will bridge clients, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring projects deliver on scope, time, and budget.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and hands-on Agile experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. As part of a small firm, you will mentor junior PMs, manage resources, and help shape delivery services as AI domains expand.

• 7+ years of delivery/project/program management experience, ideally in data analytics or AI/ML.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project P&L and margins.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to present to C-level clients.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).

Responsabilidades

• Process & Methodology: Champion pragmatic agile practices tailored to data/AI work Continuously improve our delivery playbook.
• Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and technical blockers. Ensure robust quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients.
• Business Growth: Contribute to proposals, scoping sessions, and capability development. Help shape our service offerings as we expand into new AI domains.
• Mentorship: Coach junior PMs/consultants and support the professional growth of delivery talent.

Job Role

As Delivery Manager, you will be the key person ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the exceptional standard our clients expect. You will act as the bridge between clients, our technical teams, and leadership.
