Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Delivery Manager to own and manage a comprehensive service plan for the Evergreen service, delivering within a maximum 26-week period and coordinating with internal teams, customer representatives and third parties.

The role requires on-site customer visits as needed, production of MI and dashboards, and ensuring SLA and contractual delivery while guiding release activity through Verdant and ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• PM experience in software release and patch deployment.
• Methodical thinker with proactive planning experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 3+ years of Project management (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Evergreen service within a 26-week window.
• Conduct on-site customer visits as required and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Produce management information and dashboard reports to measure delivery performance.
• Ensure SLA and contractual delivery and oversee release management via Verdant and ITSM tools.
• Own escalation management and drive continuous service improvement.
