We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to join our team!

The engine of our business – the Recruitment Delivery Team. They build relationships with candidates, find skilled professionals using their networks, our database, and provided tools, and work closely with our Business Winning team.

We are seeking a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to support and lead a team of Delivery Executives (also known as resources/recruiters) to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business
• Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team
• Complete monthly performance reviews
• Support and advise team members to aid their career progression
• Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance
• Oversee candidate searches on databases, job boards, and communities of interest
• Become an internal specialist in using available training materials
• Work with the Delivery Manager to map staff career progression
• Continuously improve delivery processes, focusing on high standards, best practices, and productivity
• Show commitment and dedication to the business and your team, fostering a positive workplace
• Coach and motivate your team with tenacity and enthusiasm
