Job summary

Erin Associates Ltd is seeking a Delivery Manager for Central Nottingham with hybrid working. You will own a portfolio of delivery projects, line-manage a small team and act as the senior delivery escalation point for the client’s programmes.

This execution-focused role emphasizes delivery capability, with experience across business change and technology projects, stakeholder management to board level, and a track record of developing people and delivery capability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a portfolio of delivery projects.
• Experience managing teams of Project / Programme Managers.
• Varied background across business change and technology projects.
• Ability to understand senior stakeholder needs up to board level.
• Experience building and improving delivery resource.
• Consultancy / solution-focused background.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of delivery projects with accountability for programme outcomes.
• Manage and develop a team of Project / Programme Managers.
• Provide delivery assurance and act as escalation point for delivery issues.
