Job summary

Kerv Digital is seeking a Junior Delivery Management Coordinator in Nottingham. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office (Tue–Thu) at First Floor, City Buildings, 34 Carrington Street, NG1 7FG.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Solid understanding of how projects deliver change.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and project data.
• Able to build positive relationships with busy stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Willing to support day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

• Help keep projects on track by coordinating information, people, processes and finances.
• Set up projects, track costs and timesheets, coordinate meetings.
• Support billing activities and ensure actions are followed up.
• Assist with day-to-day running of Nottingham office onsite Tue-Thu.
