National Trust is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to turn growth ambitions into practical action across business change, delivery and organisational improvement. You’ll partner with a range of people to bring structure, momentum and clear direction to priority growth initiatives.

You’ll work with senior leaders, sponsors and delivery leads to turn strategic goals into achievable plans, balancing competing priorities and enabling progress across programmes.

• Experience delivering complex organisational change initiatives.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and maintain momentum across multiple activities.
• Experience supporting governance, progress tracking and risk decisions.
• Proven track record building and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
